Vintage Hand Painted Bisque Porcelain Figurine, Man In A Frock Coat, Maruri Japan

One of the fun things about selling these items is I am constantly learning new things and today's lesson is bisque porcelain.

This hand-painted gentleman stands 7 inches high and has the Maruri, Japan manufacturer marks on the bottom.  From my research this makes it a mid-century figurine.  Whatever the case, this retro home decor item is a perfect addition to your home or as a gift for that collector you know. In excellent condition with no chips or crazing.
