Extremely Rare William S Lincoln Crest and Monogram Album, c 1900 based on my research. Professional album made William S. Lincoln company specially made for collections of crest and monograms. These crests and monograms were cut by the collector from envelopes and letter heads. Most are embossed and many are quite attractive. The crests are of military regiments, university colleges, arms and crests of peers, etc. Bound in red with embossed gilt in gold and red. Album title is printed on front board in gilt. Has some loose crests included as well as the pieces of paper shown. In good condition, valued elsewhere at $300-$500.
