Look What I've Got has a no refund/return policy. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all products for sale. We are happy to work with potential purchasers prior to sale to ensure they are informed on the purchases they are making.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
In the event a package is lost or damaged during shipment a full refund will be processed to the purchaser via the same method payment was made.
